Mission Statement

To provide unity among present and retired members, to keep alive our precious history of the sacrifices our brothers and sisters have made for us today in the fire service, to motivate our brothers and sisters to seek advancement opportunities throughout the fire service and to provide them with the resources needed to reach their goals, to build interest among our youths in pursuing a career in the fire service, and to provide outreach programs to the community we love.

Objective

To provide educational and outreach programs to the community.
To remove racial barriers to ensure our brothers and sisters are fairly recruited, employed, and have advancement opportunities in the fire service.
To reach out to our youths and to build interest in a career in the fire service.

To provide charities and support for communities affected by fire, natural disasters and diseases that affect our community.
